· Responsible for developing the marketing and sales content for a public, regional based IT Operations Company which sells integrated services including Technology Solutions, Outsourcing Services, Help Desk & Maintenance Services, and Managed Services. Other activities include: managing two telemarketing teams to produce leads and opportunities; and selecting a marketing communications firm to position 

· Lead on-going monthly marketing and sales initiatives for a market and product research consulting firm that provides hands-on product, services, and website analysis to assist high-tech companies increase sales through better competitive intelligence and selling tools.

· Wrote business plan including developing a marketing and sales plan for a regional voice and data integration company seeking to grow through acquisition. Other activities included working with the sales team to develop auxiliary integrated services complimentary to voice over IP products.

· Provide on-going sales and financial consulting to start-up urgent messaging company that delivers important messages to entire networks of people by phone and email. 

· Successfully raised $500K in equity and debt financing for a national food service company. Currently engaged in fund raising activities for various high tech, and aviation companies.

· Increased network systems integration sales from $1.3M in the first year of operation to $16.7M in annual revenue fourteen years later, including $5M in network services and high-end mission critical support.

· Amalgamated a unified sales team to sell network systems integration services/products and internet/intranet development services. Focused sales efforts to address IT professionals, business decision makers, marketing and sales professionals in middle market companies from the financial, insurance, and publishing sectors. 

· Created and enlarged a new subsidiary – The Netlan Technology Center into a premier technical education company capturing significant market share in New York for Lotus, Microsoft, Novell and Citrix technical end user training. Produced annual sales revenue in excess of $2.5M with more than one third sales resulting from specialized Integrated Custom Training Programs.

· Built a Collaborative Computing Group/ Lotus Notes application development team to broaden the company’s penetration into middle market accounts aimed at business decision makers intent on growing their businesses. Achieved first year sales revenue of $500K in Collaborative Computing/Lotus Notes application development.

· Developed the branding of ”Digital StreetSmarts”, an integrated approach to solutions and design providing clients with a new level of planning and development for their own e-business strategy.
